Jessica and Me

I love Jessica. When we were little we did everything together. Here is a glimpse into some of what we did.

This is us looking cute and getting ready to go see Matthew in the hospital when he was born. Dad dressed us. I especially love Jessica's hiking boots, long socks, and little dress. Cute.

Matching bangs. Sorry the lighting isn't very good...Picasa couldn't fix it.

Awww! How cute! Jessica holding her baby sister. I love you Jess!

Story of my life. There is Jess smiling all perfect and I'm upset about something. Haha. By the way Matthew is screaming in the background behind the screen door but I cropped him out.

Precious.

Sweet babies.

DRESS UP TIME!

This is when we were in The King and I. Two Siamese princesses.

Cute haircut for Jess right? She did it herself.

Jessica I love you. I still wish we were as cute in pictures now and not so awkward... Haha

No Matter What

This has always been my guilty pleasure. When I was six years old I called it "The Cute Boy Song". I religiously watched it everyday. A band isn't a band unless they have a creepy guy in a trenchcoat. I always thought the brunette guy was cute when he said "or if the skies are blue". The blonde is a very passionate singer. Haha this song brings back fond memories. Although it was a favorite eight years ago, today Jessica and I still sing it together. Teehee don't tell anyone!

P.S. Don't shy from putting it on fullscreen. You know you want to...

My Little Friends

I was looking at some pictures the other day and I couldn't decide whether to laugh or to cry. I miss my little friends and I remember the fun we had together. I have to admit that we were SERIOUSLY cute, now my little friends have turned into beautiful young women. I love you all!

This is Ashley and me in my favorite plastic car.

Emma, Jessica, Ashley, and little ole me. I think we all make adorable Indians!

Birthday Party!
This is Ashley, Emma, Mallory, Emma and Ashley, and the messy birthday girl. (Counter Clockwise)

Delicious popsicles. Life doesn't get much better than this when you are four.
Psst...from left to right it is Matthew, Matthew, Jessica, Me, and Mallory.

Family Pictures

So a few days ago we went to the Langford's to take our family picture. It was mildly awful because I have severe wardrobe issues. Well enjoy anyway.

I think this is adorable, except that Matthew is doing something funny with his leg.

Benjamin's pants really aren't too short. It's a really bad angle though...

Aww! How cute on a dock with the lake in the background! Mom, why is your arm up?

Jessica, I think I'm in love with your awkwardnes. I think you distract the attention from my bare feet. Teehee I love you!

This is the one we decided to use. I don't really love it, but I'll live. Actually, I have to admit it's growing on me...

Ink Blot Fun

The other day we were driving as a family back from something and the big blue van in front of us looked like it had seen better days. The paint on the back was chipped and there were two main pictures that we saw. One was of an angel holding out a lantern or something and the other was a guy with a really big backpack talking in close proximity to a girl with a giant ponytail. I thought it was funny.

I. Hate. Cold.

This little devil has ruined my life as I know it. Last Sunday it decided to stop working. Since the heater wasn't working our house was 59 degrees. Did I mention that the showers didn't have hot water either? I don't know what I did to deserve mistreatment, but this little circuit board was mighty mad. I don't think that it will be very pleased to find out that it has been replaced, $500 later. Sorry bud but we are over.

This thingy looks innocent, but it is upset easily. I happily blame it for all of my problems. Apparently our electricity company has been supplying us with a voltage of 254. The maximum this baby can hold is 248, hence its retirement. I thought I was going to die of hypothermia, but it's working now so no worries.

Smoky Mountain Rapids(:

On Wednesday the Giacalones invited us, the Kahs, and the Graves to go up in the Smoky Mountains and raft down the river. We left and were miseralbly lost. The estimated time it took to get there was one hour, but we managed to drive an extra thirty minutes. We stopped four times and tried calling people at the river, but there was no cell service. So we talked to some guy at a shop. He told us that we passed it by three or four miles, but apparently in the smokies, three or four miles means eight. But we got there all the same. Except it wasn't rafting, there were only two tubes, so we just went down on our butts. I have lots of scratches and brusies. The rocks were really slippery, too, which didn't reduce the probablity of falling.

This is Kelsey, Noah, Kaitlyn, Amanda, half of Hannah, and Meee. When navigating the water, you have to do a sort of bear crawl. If you stand, you slip on a slimy, green rock hidden below the current. Falling is unavoidable. One more thing, there were minnows, big maneating sharks that were hungry, crawdads, and snakes. The sharks are a figment of my imagination, but they make my story all the more interesting. Noah got bitten by a snake. And that's all I got to say about that.
The drive home only took an hour. We listened to High School Musical 2, Hannah Montana, and the Michael Jackson. I am proud to announce that all of those CD's are mine. I was jammin out.
